They've been doing work for us since last summer, and they did our snow removal this past winter. They missed a couple things we asked for, but overall they've been really good for us. They come out and mow the lawn as needed, usually about twice a month. Last summer when we went through a dry spout, they didn't come by when the lawn didn't need it, and didn't charged us for it. They do sometimes miss things when it comes to the lawn. But all winter, their snow clearing was awesome. Sometimes it takes a little while for them to get back to me. They do come back out when they miss something when asked. If I need something, I will talk to them when they're here or my husband will talk to them when they're here. They're fairly professional,they just do have some communication problems. I suspect it's because English is a second language for them. They're two brothers.
