Quality of work is very good and finished on schedule and on budget. Exceptional price, 1/3 to 1/2 of other bids. This is the second job Doug has done on on my sister's house (first was kitchen expansion) in Dover and he did my Master BR suite and kitchen expansion in Sudbury. He is ALWAYS half the price of other contractors. He does all the structural work, which is excellent. He subs out the plumbing and electrical, which can vary a bit, depending on whom he is using at the time. Doug is not the smoothest talker around but he is very good at what he does. All in all, highly recommended for best value. We have referred him to others in Sudbury and Concord, who have all used him, as he is always the low bidder.
