Appliance Repair
Untrustworthy and over charging. Al diagnosed a problem with the wiring and replaced some wiring. There were no other parts replaced. He charged $145 for 'parts' and $200 for work (inclusive of diagnostic fees). After completing the diagnostics, he did not ask for permission to do the repair and I was faced with a bill that I never approved. I would never have approved a $345 repair for a 10 year old range. Moreover, I was never shown or received a description of replaced parts.
