When they came, my mother has a bathroom that she wants renovated which has nothing to do with the insurance quote. After they did the insurance quote they went around and got the insurance information she said she wants a quote separate from the bathroom and when they did the quote they included it in everything and it was specific that it was two different quote. Another thing was when they did do the quote it listed everything with the exception of the outside work that had to be done and it wasn?t a break down like we specifically told them that it has to say we want the first installment in between first and second, this is the work that is going to be done in between the second installment payment and the final payment and this is the rest of the work to be done. They have listened to instructions and not include the bathroom in the quote that was covered under the insurance payment and they should have look over the insurance quote for the work. I didn?t have a good feeling about them at all and make sure you are specific in the work you want to be done and that you are meticulous in looking over a quote you receive from them. You have to be very detailed.
Description of Work: We got a quote to take down sheet rack and put up sheet rack and plastered, to do some work outside on the front porch. The awning had to be replaced on the top front porch. It was a lot of different things to be done. They were to put in new gutters. We had showed them something they added to the quote that wasn’t there. The room, living room, bathroom dining room the kitchen all three bedrooms and the hall way was supposed to be sheet rack and plastered both room and ceiling. The sun room was supposed to be sheet rack and plastered.
