Fantastic ! Tatianna is the best.  Very detailed in her cleaning, works hard and she is honest, dependable and Trustworthy. We are very glad we found her.

Very happy with her responsiveness and quality of work. She was able to come 2 days after I called and spent 3 hours cleaning in the evening after finishing her regular clients. We coordinated over the phone and she used the lockbox on the unit as I was not able to be present. Definitely would use Tatiana again!

I left a call for each of four providers. Each of them answered. I arranged to interview two of them. Afonso was the first to answer and the first to be interviewed. She came on time and was most professional, presentable and seemingly trustworthy. I also interviewed Jane Barros who also seemed a very reasonable alternative but I chose Afonso. She came and cleaned the whole house and did a great job of everything, cleaning even "uncleanable"
places. She is all we had hoped for for us.

Tatiana has been cleaning my house every two weeks for approximately 3
months and I am delighted (and frankly, relieved) to have found her.  I
tried three other cleaning services in the months before meeting her but
each of the other companies failed to meet my expectations (sloppy
work, trying to change the price after giving an estimate, being
difficult to schedule).  Tatiana does an excellent job, she is extremely
easy to work with and her pricing is very reasonable.  She takes the
initiative to get the job done right and is meticulous and
detail-oriented.  I like that after the first cleaning, she offered to
buy all the supplies she would need to use.  I reimbursed her at cost
and the supplies are stored at my house.  I don't feel that I need to
give her elaborate instructions: she cleans what is dirty without my
having to point out each problem area.  (On the couple of occasions when
I wanted her to pay extra attention to something specific she took care
of it immediately.)  She even braved the contents of my refrigerator,
throwing out spoiled things (asking first when she was unsure).  Since I
am often doing work of my own while she cleans, I also appreciate that
she works quietly and unobtrusively.  She cleans my house on the same
day of the week every two weeks and lets me know by text message a few
days in advance what time she will come.  It takes Tatiana and a helper
about 3 hours to clean my 2400 square foot home, for which I pay $150.  I feel lucky to have found Tatiana and I highly recommend her.

Everything went great.  She is a lovely person to have working in the house.  Th reason she only does half the house is because we don't use the other half right now.
