Carpet Cleaning
Hard to reach. The phone number that I got from LivingSocial was not the number that I had to call to book. Got an answering machine but I still had to call back to schedule. I made an appointment and was given a time between 11:30 and 12:30 to expect the technician to arrive. That seemed like a reasonable range. At 1:30 when I had not heard anything, I called the company only to be told, "We don't do no deals with LivingSocial no more." The man claimed that they had called all of their scheduled clients to tell them that, but of course THEY DIDN'T CALL ME. He offered no explanation and no offer of services. Totally unprofessional and not to be trusted. Stay away.

Carpet Cleaning
They did not move furniture which was surprising considering other companies normally do. Also charged 60 for disinfectant which i think would be included or certainly not 60. No treatment for stains. Was less than 15 mins so seems too quick. Last time I got rugs cleaned they were here for an hour. The man who cleaned was very nice but I wouldn't recommend the overall service was not great.

Carpet Cleaning
Purchased a coupon to A Plus Carpet Cleaning on a daily coupon site and scheduled a cleaning. The day before the cleaning they called to cancel.I rescheduled. This time they simply didn't show up, so I called them. They explained that the weather was too bad to send the truck out. (It was pretty bad.) I rescheduled. They didn't show up. I called and AGAIN they explained that the weather was too bad to send out the trucks. No, the weather is fine.
4 reschedules and still no work performed. Very poor communication.
