We specialize in high wind areas with storm nailing technique and our decision to only hand-nail, resulting in a more wind resistant roof.

After listening to a presentation Tony did at our local home show, my husband asked him to give us an estimate. He explained that he didn't do the program to get business it was strictly education. We told him we understood that, but had planned to call him to install a new roof on our house before the event. When he came to do the estimate, he provided us detailed information on our options and answered all of our questions. We liked the fact that his company hand nails the shingles. This creates a quality roof.
The crew that arrived on the appointed day, were professional and treated our property with respect. When they left we never found a stray nail left on the ground. The roof is beautiful!!!!!. We are very happy with it.
However, we live in a forest and recently the roof became discolored. I saw Tony helping out a community organization that I also support. I mentioned the discoloration to him. Two days later at 7 AM, I received a call that he had a crew coming before 8:00 AM. The guys again were professional and did an excellent job cleaning our roof. All of the stains are gone and the service was part of the satisfaction program he believes in.
Our area was hit with a wind micro-burst last year. I know other roofs lost shingles in the event, but we did not loose one and from what I have heard, none of the roofs Precision Roof installed lost any shingles. That speaks volumes of the quality of the work the company performs.

"We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with the repair work done by PRS in 2012. Please remember that we did not install the original roof. It is very difficult-- sometimes impossible-- to discover the source of a problem without completely removing the roofing down to the deck. In spring 2014, we learned through a third source that you are still experiencing this leak. We have sent out a team several times this summer to try to resolve the problem and have not been able to stop the leak. While on your property this year, we have replaced several blown-off shingles. All of the work performed in 2014 has been at no additional charge to you."
