FINANCING AVAILABLE! For over 30 years, Uncle Tony & his crew has been serving the North Shore. We have 18 employees and do not use subs. Our cost is determined by the job. No travel charges. We specialize in high wind areas with storm nailing technique and our decision to only hand-nail, resulting in a more wind resistant roof.

Uncle Tony and his crew did a wonderful job with the gutter cleaning that I had requested. I received a call from Uncle Tony perfectly in time before the snow in response to the message I had left for him. His quote was reasonable, yet per my request he did me a favor and offered a further discount. I found his crew to be efficient, hard working and attentive to every detail. Their workmanship and quality of work was exceptional and highly impressive. This is the first time I have used Uncle Tony's Precision Roofing Services, and am glad to say that I shall be one of their repeat customers. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend Uncle Tony and his team for any roofing services based on my great experience.

Precision Roofing Services did an excellent job with replacing my old roof shingles. The entire crew was courteous and professional. The job was done on time. No detail was overlooked. In fact there was some unexpected deterioration of the roof structure. They pointed it out and repaired the area in question at no additional charge. There were a number of other small items they could of overlooked but they didn't. They took care of any other items (trim, flashing, water barriers, etc.) that helped make the roof replacement complete. A perfect job by Precision Roofing of New England. I highly recommend them for any roof work.

Tony and his crew are amazing! We called Tony last week and they came the next day to see what needed to be worked on. We had siding installed over the summer (not from Precision as they do not do siding that I know of) and what we thought was a roof leak turned out to be a leak from the staging that the siding guys put up. We had our roof done over 6 years ago by Precision roofing and I should have written a review then. I remember Tony coming to the house and talking with us about the roof. We had other estimates and we didn't know Precision roofing at all. We decided to go with Precision as we had known others that had them and loved them and had no issues. When we just had the leak last week, we were not sure where it was coming from and assumed it was from the roof but we called and said it was 6 years ago and he didn't hesitate to tell us that someone would be over soon to check it out. While it did not turn out to be a roof issue from the install 6 years ago - it did turn out to be from the siding people putting two holes in the roof for their staging for the siding. Tony's guys fixed the two holes very quickly and showed us a picture of the holes from the staging so we knew exactly what it was from. Now that is the kind of service I wish everyone provided! Fast and reliable and willing to help when needed. Could not ask for anything more than that! Took the worry away in a short period of time. We would highly recommend! We have had no issues with the roof at all in the 6 years since they did the job. I do not anticipate any issues in the future either as they stand behind their roofing jobs, as he told us when we hired them. Could not be any happier with these people!

I just had found some shingle damage on my mother's roof, Tony Corrao and his team at Precision Roofing came out promptly and repaired it at a reasonable up front agreed upon price. The men were polite and courteous and the work was completed in a short amount of time. I would recommend Precision Roofing for all you roofing needs!

Tony Corrao and his team replaced my asphalt roof in one day. His team was very polite and were very conscious about disturbing the yard and gardens, and left the roof and yard in the same condition as they when they arrived. This is the second job they have done for me, the first was a rubber roof 17 years ago, and it is still in pristine condition despite having direct sun all day long. I would recommend Precision for all your roofing needs.

Had my roof done by Precision Roofing of New England. After searching and getting appraisals from two other company's whom were to high priced and didnt offer quality materials and used sub contractors but Uncle Tony& Pete offered the best quality materials with a 50 year warrant and fast efficient with his own team no sub contracts. The grounds were all cleaned up no debris left behind couldn't even find a nail. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the North Shore area

MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I WAS INITIALLY TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY HAD SOMEONE CANCEL AND CAME EARLIER THAN EXPECTED AND THE JOB TOOK A DAY AND A HALF BECAUSE THEY DID NOT USE THE FULL CREW. I WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE RAIN WAS EXPECTED AND I ONLY HAD A PARTIAL ROOF. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND A GREAT CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS.

We knew about Precision Roofing because of the company's generousity in supporting the community. On days when the crews cannot install a roof it is not unusual to see them cleaning liter from the side of the road. Whenever, community groups need services, "Uncle Tony" as he has become known is always willing to help. So, when we were planning to install a roof, we wanted to get an estimate from them.
After listening to a presentation Tony did at our local home show, my husband asked him to give us an estimate. He explained that he didn't do the program to get business it was strictly education. We told him we understood that, but had planned to call him to install a new roof on our house before the event. When he came to do the estimate, he provided us detailed information on our options and answered all of our questions. We liked the fact that his company hand nails the shingles. This creates a quality roof.
The crew that arrived on the appointed day, were professional and treated our property with respect. When they left we never found a stray nail left on the ground. The roof is beautiful!!!!!. We are very happy with it.
However, we live in a forest and recently the roof became discolored. I saw Tony helping out a community organization that I also support. I mentioned the discoloration to him. Two days later at 7 AM, I received a call that he had a crew coming before 8:00 AM. The guys again were professional and did an excellent job cleaning our roof. All of the stains are gone and the service was part of the satisfaction program he believes in.
Our area was hit with a wind micro-burst last year. I know other roofs lost shingles in the event, but we did not loose one and from what I have heard, none of the roofs Precision Roof installed lost any shingles. That speaks volumes of the quality of the work the company performs.

Tony from Precision was nice to talk to, his guys showed up on time and did what they were told. He was honest and told me up front that repairs aren't guaranteed. But they did virtually no investigation as to the source of the leak even after the first attempt to fix the leak failed. They just slapped on more sealant and caulk. Now I still have a leaky roof and I'm out $800.

"We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with the repair work done by PRS in 2012. Please remember that we did not install the original roof. It is very difficult-- sometimes impossible-- to discover the source of a problem without completely removing the roofing down to the deck. In spring 2014, we learned through a third source that you are still experiencing this leak. We have sent out a team several times this summer to try to resolve the problem and have not been able to stop the leak. While on your property this year, we have replaced several blown-off shingles. All of the work performed in 2014 has been at no additional charge to you."

Wind storm on 26th of Feb. I saw damage a few day later from the ground. Set a ladder against the house and looked at the roof from the ladder. A single tab was missing. Called Precision on 3/1 and explained the situation to them. House is a ranch. Roof easily accessible with a 16 foot ladder. I have numerous shingles saved from original job.They said they would be out to repair the tab around noon on 3/3/2010. Three days later. On 3/3/ two men arrived at 11:35 AM. One man did the job. I gave him a shingle. I observed him cut a tab from the shingles. The other was on the ground with me chatting. The man on the roof inserted the tab and put a few nails into it. Job done! They were gone before noon.I received an invoice a week later for emergency service, Labor and Materials for $450.00! I called the office and left message that I wished to speak with someone about the bill. No response for a week. I called again and asked to speak with the person I had originally spoken with to sked the job. She handed me over to the "boss." I explained the situation to him and told him the bill was excessive. He said he would cut the bill by $100.00. I said he needed to do more. He said that there is a minimum fee of $350.00 for an "emergency" service call. I told him that I was never told that when I first called. And, besides, coming two days after I called did not qualify as an "emergency." He said he lost money because of the bad weather during the winter and he had to make it up.I realized there was no way this guy was going to be reasonable. I sent him the $350. I will never recommend his company to anyone!

Very well. Tony worked with us to select the best product for our home. The day our roof was replaced, the the crew arrived on time, were very professional, and paid attention to detail e.g. actually crawling on the ground to pick up any nails that they might have lost. Our new roof is beautiful, Tony is very community-spirited. He volunteers his time, talent and resources to make our region a better place to live, making him the type of business person, I trust to work on my property.

I dealt with the salesman and never the owner of the company with referrals. The work was supposed to take four days but took two weeks because they ran out of shingles. My neighbor called the police because the workers were picking their grapes and eating them. They were also urinating behind my home. I had to tell him to hose it down and not many of their workers understood English. He gave me some back talk and I let it go because I wanted them off my property. The staging was up on the roof because they were supposed to re-point the chimney. They took it down and I walked around half of the home to notice only 1/2 of the chimney was re-pointed. They kept giving me the run around and finally the owner became available because I told him that I wouldn't pay until the work was completed. The owner came out to my house, blocked my driveway and tried to bully me into giving him the check. I went out of town and came back and the work was completed but I woudn't recommend them.
