George is professional, quick, knowledgeable and amiable. He tells you what the charge is and does it if you want him to on the spot.He did this on a Saturday. I would use him again.

It turned out that the unit finally started to leak because it had been attached to a drain pipe coming up from under the house that was a little too long and so the toilet wasn't seated firmly on the floor. He replaced the wax seal that attaches the fixture to the floor, caulked it at the base and replaced the flex cable that brought the water into the tank. In addition he replaced the flapper valve cover on another toilet and diagnosed a third one as not needing replacement.
