We spent over a month trying to get an estimate from the firm to do a roofing job. We were told after about two weeks that the estimate was on its way, but after several more weeks we were then told "we're working on it." In each case we had to initiate with further calls and messages. Finally, after all this time, we were told the company was too busy until spring, leaving us with an unrepaired roof as winter approaches.
Description of Work: No services were performed.
