oblems Ed performed a pre purchase home inspection on a house in Southwick, MA. I purchased the complete package with all tests. He was very prompt and approachable. The inspection was very thorough and covered all areas of the home. The inspection report was easy to read with pictures pointing out all problems with the house. He is very concerned with safety and pointed out many problems that could possibly arise. Water and Radon testing were a little pricey, but overall well worth the money spent.
