The Tin Man was never on time and rarely came on the day that he said he would. When he did come, he would spend a couple of hours on the job and then leave to go back home because he forgot something. It took months to install my HVAC system rather than a week or two as I was initially told. He got upset when I asked him questions and charged me almost $1,000 more than he initially quoted citing "extra" work that he did on a Heat Recovery Ventilator. Although he was as friendly as can be when he was quoting the job, during the actual job he was very difficult to work with, not returning phone calls and dragging out the job. He didn't tell me about the rebates that I was entitled to for using a high efficency air conditioning and furnace. Furthermore, when I discovered the rebates, I tried calling him for some information required to complete the forms and he didn't respond to my repeated attempts costing me over $500 in lost rebates.
Description of Work: John Hamilton (Tin Man) installed a new Propane Forced Hot Air Heating and Air Conditioning System in my new house.
