The gentlemen that came to my house was upfront 89.95 to look at and diagnose the problem with the television, even though I knew what was wrong. I had one or more bad fans in the television. He gave me an estimate of 285.00. I decided that since I was already 89.95 in the whole and nothing was done t except confirm my diagnoses, I chose not to spend the other 285.00 on a six year old television. I was going to junk the television but thought what it could hurt to try to fix it myself. In four hours I located all four fans tested them and found one to be full of dust. I cleaned the fan and the television works as good as new. I knew nothing about fixing televisions and I learned how to fix it from a website. It would have taken a professional maybe an hour at the most. I also did not have to replace any fan but if I did I found out I could replace all my fans in the television for under 60.00. I believe the 285.00 estimate given to me was was very high knowing what I know now. I would have been ripped off.

He was prompt, friendly, and the bill was exactly what he quoted on the phone. Service was completed in about 10 minutes, and he gave us some good pointers. It's the kind of service call you always hope for, but seldom get.

Everything was excellent. It was good. He came on time. He traveled over here. He did a good job. He did it in a timely manner.

It was an outstanding experience. He came within 45 minutes of me calling. He came on Monday and brought them back to me today. We had outstanding results within two days!
