Very professional and thorough job. Although the quote initially seemed high, they spent a long time on my VERY steep and moss covered roof and did an excellent job.

Owner was responsive. Left a voice message detailing the service I wanted. Owner called back within 2 hrs. Was to give estimate within a few days however weather delayed a few days. A reasonable price given was given for the service.. Service was to be  completed mid April however our area experienced a lengthy period of "non roof climbing" weather.  As soon as rainy weather stopped owner called and was here within 2 days. Owner and his assistant were very capable and thorough and spent quite a bit of time doing the job right and performed beyond expectation to rid the roof of the moss and lichen I was concerned about and also performed an extra task for me where moss and algae were on the chimney face and difficult to remove.  They were very conscious of grass and plantings making sure cleaner did not do damage,were very neat and cleaned up after themselves.  I would certainly hire this company again or recommend to others.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used this company to pressure wash the exterior of our homes as well as my mother's home. Doug is always timely and does a great job cleaning the siding & gutters. His prices are very reasonable.

Doug pressure washed a two story home with an additional walk out basement.  He arrived at the time he said he would and he completed the work in a timely manner while remaining accurate and efficient.  He did a tremendous job and the home looks new.  He even cleaned all of the windows (and there are 34 of them).

Project was completed and was a success. 

Doug was very responsive.
I received a call from him almost immediately after requesting a quote. Instead of going through all the ins and outs of scheduling an onsite quote visit, he was able to use today's readily available technology to view our house via the web and offer a quote right then and there.
Doug offered PayPal as a form of payment which I'm sure made invoicing and payment processing a breeze.
He even washed the front of our home for free! (it needed it)
He offered me a quote to complete the siding wash at another date should I choose to and I thought that was awesome.
I would recommend Doug and Jen PowerWashing over any other roof washing service in the area!

Doug Beyer and his helper arrived on time and began working immediately.  They were both very professional and polite.  They worked on my home and shed for approximately 4 hours.  My husband and I were very pleased with the work they did.  They were easy to work with and I was able to use PayPal credit to pay for his services!  

I plan to use their service again next year.  I highly recommend Jen Pressure Washing.

Professional, prompt and courteous-- they came just a few days after I called to schedule so that we could ready our house to put it on the market and the work also needed to be timed with the painter who is staining our deck.  Overall, extremely satisfied with everything.  The house looks great and they were a pleasure to work with.

Pressure Washed 2200sq ft home and inside and out of a corner area of vinyl fencing. Did a great job on both areas.. Would recommend his services highly.

so Work was done  effieciently, and professionally.  Removed mold, staining and plant growth from roof.  They were careful to rinse off the cleaning agent from other parts of the house. It looks like they also cleaned off our porch floor and sidewalk. All around great job. We are very happy.

The entire experience was fantastic, from start to finish.  Doug was very responsive when I made the inquiry about having the house washed.  He even found my house on Google Street View and was able to give me a "high-low" estimate over the phone.  He told me what I needed to do before he arrived (make sure windows were closed and outdoor faucet was turned on, etc.).  Upon arriving at the house, he gave me the exact cost, which was toward the lower end of the high-low range.  He told me approximately how long the process would take, and he was exactly right.  Most importantly, he did a meticulous and thorough job on the house, garage, and fence.  Everything looks so much better!  He even pointed out some things that I should be aware of, such as artillery fungus spores on the siding.  That was certainly going above and beyond what he needed to do.  On top of that, he's an exceptionally personable guy.  In summary, this was a great price for an excellent service by an obviously thoughtful and hard-working man who takes a lot of pride in his work.  I highly recommend Jen Pressure Washing.  Aces all around.

Well, he was great at the start, very personable and honest.  Our home has aluminum siding, so to begin with, I do NOT recommend hiring him to power wash if you have aluminum siding.  The siding is old and oxidized. We tried to power wash ourselves, but was not getting anywhere. He came and gave us an estimate. He told us it was possible to clean it up but possibly not make it look like new. We understood and agreed. When we came home that day, we saw no difference in the siding other than a few marks where he came too close and there was a streak of "clean". I paid him cash (as he requested) and told him I was disappointed.  He left, but called back and said he would come back with a heated power wash and do it over, no charge. He never showed up. In the end, it was a waste of money. We could have had the same results doing it ourselves. If you have old aluminum siding, don't bother hiring Jen Pressure Wash. (date of service is approximate, it was last spring, but exact date is unknown)

Very well! He cleaned dirt that the last two powerwashes did not get. Doug got our window sills cleaner than they've been in years. He also cleaned our screened porch superbly. He even took care not to disturb a robin's nest located on the gutter downspout. He was incredibly diligent and effective.

Doug was a real professional. He came to my home and gave me a quote for services and then once services were agreed upon he followed up with a phone call the day before he came. Customer service was excellent! I would definitely hire This company again! The house looks fantastic!!

Excellent. Returned my phone call request for estimate on same day.  Showed up on time for both estimate and ultimately to do the job.  Was very professional and nice to deal with.  House looks great.  Would definitely use again.
