KITCHEN LADY & CO

We called the Kitchen Lady and told her we wanted to redo our kitchen.  She finally called back and said she was going on vacation and would call when she returned.  She never called.  We called her again and she finally came to our home for an consultation. She came up with a spectacular design so we know she is talented.  Unfortunately she does not return phone calls nor does she send the materials she promises.  Both my son and I called her multiple times to no avail.  When we finally reach her, she would promise to email us the plans.  They never arrived.  We finally gave up. The only good thing to come out of it was that we knew we would never hire her.  If communication was so bad before signing a contract, we can only imagine what it would be like if we had hired her!!
