Great job, very pleased. Bill answered all questions and provided the information needed to keep us informed regarding choices, process and scheduling. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and did an excellent job beginning to end. No negatives for Heritage Hardwood Flooring.

The job went very well. People arrived on time, were willing to work with the customer for floor placement, and completed the job a timely manner. There was one or two boards that were defective and were installed; they graciously replaced the defective boards. I will be using them again in the future for the upstairs.

Bill Reilly who owns Heritage Hardwood Flooring was excellent.He gave us an all inclusive estimate for the work. Other estimates we received either didn't include furniture moving,a storage container,or were only going to apply 2 coats of varnish.We also had a recommendation for Heritage Flooring from our contractor neighbor. The work began 08/08/2013 and was completed 08/12/2013,as scheduled.The work is beautiful,our floors have never looked better,even when they were new 30+ years ago.Heritage Flooring was willing to coordinate with our painting contractor. The painting was completed 08/20/2013.The crew returned on 08/21/2013 to move our furniture back from the storage container.They did a wonderful job,with great attention to detail, including providing devices which would prevent furniture from scarring our newly refinished floors.The storage container was removed on 8/23/2013 arranged by Heritage Flooring. We would recommend Heritage Flooring to anyone who wishes to have wood floor refinishing done.

Bill Reilly is a true professional. First, he came over to discuss the project with me and my husband. Gave us a few options and then gave us a very detailed estimate. Bill scheduled the job around our schedule and we could not be more pleased with the work. His staff was polite and true professionals. Highly Recommend Heritage Hardwood Flooring.
