He couldn't pump the tank but he gave me companies to call, and made sure I understood how serious and time sensitive the problem was.  Then he fixed a couple of smaller problems and advised me on others.  When the septic folks arrived they confirmed his "diagnosis" and dealt with it.  I use Andy for all our plumbing needs (five or six years now) and he never fails.  He's prompt, professional, fast and honest.  He explains what's wrong and what he has to do to fix it.  If there are options he explains those as well.  I'm just sorry I've never taken the time to post a review before.

We have used Andrew for years and he is always there to service our needs.  One time the problem was with the septic and not the plumbing so he did not charge for the service call.

Andy first did the plumbing work, which cost $625 total for full installation of the shower and freeze-proof spigots. This was start to finish job including drilling through the house and installing new pipes. He did a great job so quickly that he won my repeat business.

So I next decided that I want to covert my home from electric heat/water/dryer/cooking to gas and Andy handled that whole job for me as well. If you are looking for someone who does what he can to save you money, Andy is the guy. The biggest problem I found was with the hassles from the gas company and the plumbing inspectors with their worthless rules.
