I've used this company twice now. The first time we had a toilet that kept running and it couldn't be fixed by a relatively simple change in the flush valve. It was far more complex. Even the plumber was stumped at first. He got it fixed, though.
The second time was when my child flushed a toy down the toilet. At first, the toilet seemed working fine, but then after a few days it wouldn't flush anything solid. By then, the toy was well into our piping system. The plumber retrieved it and now all is well.
