Had project partially completed and partially paid for. When I spoke with the owner, he said he would personally fix the issue but it’s been over two weeks with multiple unanswered phone calls and our sink is starting to back up. Do not recommend this place as they are highly unreliable and lack initiative.

He did a nice job. He did a knew light fixture and some wiring. It was a 2 hour job. He was very pleasant and did a nice job.

The quality of the work is exceptional, and I have been impressed on multiple service calls over the years with the high degree of responsiveness. Noll is always punctual. I recommend this company highly.

We would definitely hire them again. We purchased 4 lights from Lowes and hired an electrician through them. We were told that the electrician could come during our vacation but that did not happen. I researched Angie?s List and found Noll Electric. They had very good reviews and were close to our home. I called on Friday morning (the last day of our vacation) spoke to a very nice woman. I explained our predicament and asked if there was any chance we could have someone come out tomorrow to install the lights? She said someone would call us right back. Which in our experience, this meant we would never hear from them again. Not the case! She called us right back and told us Donald could come tomorrow but it would have to be REALLY early Saturday morning (6:30am). We were so excited. He came promptly and immediately made us feel at ease. He was polite, efficient, friendly and informative. He answered all of our silly questions. The price was also very reasonable.  We actually talked about getting two other lights changed at a later date.
I almost forgot. Right before he left I asked him if he could show me how to remove the thermostat on the wall because I had to change the battery. He showed me and glanced at the thermostat. The batteries had corroded inside and he suggested that I not put it back on the wall. I agreed with him and asked if he could change this when he comes back next time? He said no problem. Then he thought about it and mentioned how it was going to get really cold the next few days. Knowing that we have an elderly aunt living with us he said he had a new thermostat in the truck and asked me if I wanted it installed. Of course I said yes. Another item checked of the ?To Do? list.

They sent Rob out to my house.  He arrived in a uniform and put foot protectors on before entering my house.  He trouble shot a short circuit for me and fixed it quickly.  He was very professional. I have used them in the past.  They keep up their high standard of professionalism.  I always receive a follow up call for my satisfaction after they complete the job.  I would recommend Noll Electric for any electrical services.  5 STAR

These guys are the real deal. Have you ever seen an electrician show up in a uniform? These guys do. It gets better. They don't come in to your house without putting on protective covers on their shoes. They have a price sheet with set prices for the services they provide. No BS. Pricing is reasonable too. Your search for an electrician has ended.

Everything went terrific as usual. He's a great guy to do business with. His price is fair. I trust his judgement. We couldn't ask for more prompt service. He is my go-to guy.

They were very helpful and I was impressed. It took three visits to get everything done. The price was reasonable. I bought a lot of the stuff but they did the labor. I can't even tell you how many lights they installed.

Everything went well. However, they didn't take away old materials, this is a non trash pick up town.

The company came out right away, they put on paper boots to cover their shoes, fixed the outlet, tested it to make sure there were no other problems and gave us a coupon to use with our next service should we need to call them again. They were very proffesional and the work was A+ I would call them again.

Great. They came out and wore slippers so as not to mess up interior floors (and even my family doesnt do that) :-) The work was done, quickly, professionally and safely. I know I will use them again.

I am very pleased that they managed to fix my non-grounded outlet without having to poke holes in the walls. I feel that they went the extra mile to fix the problem in a minimally invasive way.

My dryer suddenly wasn't working, and when I unplugged the cord, one of the prongs was black (and so was part of the outlet!!!). I called Noll Electric on a Friday morning and got a call back from one of the electricians within 5 minutes. He was able to come out the same day; he told me he'd call that afternoon after he'd finished two other jobs, and he did indeed call at the exact time that he said he would. He took a quick look at the outlet and determined that both the outlet and the electrical cord for the dryer needed to be replaced (turns out that there had been a fire in the electrical box inside the outlet!!!). It only took about a 1/2 hour, and so far, so good! (Fingers crossed!)

He is a good electrician. I have been using him for four or five years. Everything went over very good and he cleans up well when he is done. He is very prompt. I will be calling him as soon as I find a light for my kitchen.
