Think twice before you drop your power equipment off here. Seemed fine when I dropped off my leaf blower that was under warranty. Was told a couple months or longer to process Ryobi warranty. I waited 3 months and called for status. No update, they would have to call me back. This went on for months! They couldn't even locate my blower in the shop! I continued to follow-up more than a half dozen times. Always told they would call ma back, but never once received a call back! I dropped the blower off on July 19th, 2023. It's now almost 2 years later!!! nothing. Beware of polite lip service, poor tracking system and 1 star customer service for equipment drop offs. See my repair tag receipt attached if you don't believe me. I had to ask for a copy of the repair tag when I dropped off the blower too, but it did me no good anyway!

They seem like nice guys and the machine has run with no problems but the 5 week turnaround is a little ridiculous. Not sure if I would use again.

One person I dealt with was rude. The other person was very nice, but they failed to fix the problem. I ended up buying a new mower because I didn't have time to return it for further repairs. One of my neighbors fixed the mower eventually.

On June 28th This company gave my elderly mother a estimate of $1,500.00 to power wash
her house/deck and paint her deck and do other misc repairs at her home.
Prior to doing the work he asked for a CASH deposit of about 1/2 of the job
and she gave him $600.00 . He power washed the deck 12 x 10 and did a
terrific job. He told her he would return the next day to power wash the
house. He called the next day and told her he couldn't come that day
because something came up. On July 3rd she called him and mentioned it
was a nice day and asked if he was going to be coming to work on house.
He told her that he had a truck accident and he had to deal with
all that plus all her materials that he had supposedly purchased was in
the back of that truck. At that time she got tired of the royal run around and she told him that she didn't want the house
power washed after all but he could paint the deck because supposedly he already purchased the paint for the deck. He proceeded to tell her that he would call her the next day to discuss the estimate . Here it is July 8th and she hasn't seen or heard from him since.
I think she was scammed and deserve some of her deposit back.
UPDATE: 9/29/2013... THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE WAS CONTACTED REGARDING THIS COMPANY AND THEY WERE
ABLE TO GET $250.00 OF MY MOTHERS MONEY RETURNED.

We keep our tractor mower in a shed at the bottom of our backyard. When it was rolled out for the first of the Spring/Summer use it refused to start. My husband then began to check all the fluids and discovered a mass of grass, leaves, hair and mice droppings clogging the entire engine housing. The mice had also eaten through a number of wires, it was a mess. We contacted Murphy's Inc who said they would give the machine a complete service and replace the damaged wiring. The machine was collected the next day with a promise to return it within a couple of days. The machine was returned 2 days later in perfect running order. The repairman suggested that in future we put a couple of mothballs around the engine to keep the mice away as this is apparently a very common problem.
The machine now runs perfectly.

I have owned this tractor since 2002 and had only performed oil changes on my own. I just had damaged my lawn tractor's mowing deck. I looked on Angie's List and found Murphy's. I called and explained the situation. I also had no way of transporting the tractor myself. I was given an estimate of cost and time for the repair of the mowing deck, a full tune-up, a belt replacement and for pick-up and delivery, all of which was necessary after 8 years of ownership. I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism I was shown. The final cost was what was originally estimated and the tractor was delivered when promised. I will not hesitate using their services again.

The deck now appears to be brand new! He did a wonderful job. I had called a company previously to write an estimate for the job and mentioned my concern about not damaging all the flowers. The representative from that first company came and left a number to call but he strongly hinted that I should wait until fall to proceed. As a lover of both summer and gardens, I was hoping get the work done sooner. Mike was recommended by my daughter because she knew of his excellent work as an auto detailer. Mike came within a few days to inspect the job and quoted what I thought was a good price for the work. He arrived promptly on the day we had arranged to do the work. He carefully moved all the flowers in pots( which I had intended to move before he arrived.) He did not damage tender morning glory vines climbing all over the railing! And the deck is now spotless! It actually looks like a new deck. He included two walls surrounding the deck which had "gone green" in the ocean air. An absolutely wonderful job!

Exceeded my friend's recommendation and my wildest expectations. It was ready one business day later (on Monday (12/16) and I picked it up at closing time (5:45 pm) - again the owner waited for me to arrive as I did not call until late (5:15 pm) as I never expected that it would be ready in such a short time. The cost was very reasonable. It now runs well.

I brought the lawn mower to Murphy's and was told they would call me with a price in a few days. They called me back that day and gave me the price. They said it would take a about 3 days to fix it, it was done 2 days.I found the staff extremley friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate the way they treat their customers. This customer service is hard to find these days.
