+ -1 moreCAME OUT WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD ON THE COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR AND US WITHOUT A CONTRACT. IN SPITE OF ALL OF THE ABOVE WHICH WE ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR, WE WAITED FOR A BELT TO BE REPLACED (NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THE HEAT, BUT NOISY) FOR WEEKS.
