Placed order in July and work completed in August! Frank was respectful and returned all my emails if I had questions. Workers were prompt and work was done in 2 days. They went above and beyond!

My wife and I were looking to replace all windows at our home, we started interviewing the potential companies, we were not satisfied with all companies we talked to, we called McKenna Brothers, Frank McKenna, came to the house to talk to us about the windows and to see the windows we wanted to replace, he was a very good man, respectful of our home, direct, honest, he gave us the price, and he explained in details the choices, and the timeframe of how long it will take, we were very satisfied with his presentation, very direct to the point, just like how I like it, then we put down the 30% deposit, we started with 7 windows, then 3 windows, and then the last 10 windows they just finished; the guys were very professional, respectful of our home when working, they did great work, and my wife and I are very happy for discovering this company, we recommend them to everyone who is looking for great windows replacement, they are hard workers, very professional, great price, good people.
Because of the great service they performed, we decided to have our front door replaced by them, once again, Frank explained to us all the choices we have, the colors and everything, we are waiting for them to start working on the door once they receive the door in their shop.

Really well.  We compared 3 different contractors and they came in with the best price.  We paid for the materials (flooring, vanity, top, fixtures, fan, toilet and cabinet) so the price was $6600.00 primarily for their labor.
The main contact Frank has run a few projects on our home - new portical, deck and now the bathroom.  His team that works directly for him is great.  They are very prompt, professional and very willing to work with you.
The only reason I didn't give them an 'Excellent' across the board was the electrician that they subcontracted.  He was late and delayed the job a day.  He also didn't do a great job of cleaning up after himself.

Frank was extremely professional. Got the job done quickly and efficiently even though there were multiple distractions going on in the house at the time.

From the time we called for an estimate, Frank came to the house and gave us individual estimates on a number of projects we asked him to look at. His prices were very fair. As soon as we agreed to have the work done, Frank had the doors ordered and the work was completed a week later. We had to wait a little while (2 weeks) to have the roof done, due to the weather. Once we were able to schedule a date, Frank's team got to our house by 8 am and finished the entire job by the end of the day. We could not have asked for a better company to work with.

Job went very well.....We had to wait a week or so for the vinyl siding + windows to come in.  The men were very respectful and neat and completed the job without any hitches.  My husband called a few times to review a few things and he always was very happy with the input from the owner.  The attention to detail was very impressive....

I spent $8000 for the windows and labor. They had the windows shipped here. They took out all the old windows. Then they disposed off the rubbish and installed the new windows. It took them two days. The service went very well. They are honest and they deliver what they say. If they say they are going to be there on the 15th, then they are there on the 15th. The manufacturer of the windows recommended them. It was a very straightforward installation. I had no problems with them. They didn’t do anything extraordinary, but they didn’t mess up either. They were good. I have nothing to compare their price to.

This is my THIRD experience with McKenna Brothers. Overall, my experience has been positive. My first experience was ten years ago and it was to install 20 Harvey replacement windows. It was an eye opening experience. I had a difficult time getting a return to my phone calls to schedule the estimate. Once that was over, everthing else went smoothly. My second experience was to install 10 additional Harvey windows and it was deja vu; similar issues with contact but the end result went smoothly. My last experience was much better. From initial contact to quote, start and finish, it went very well. My guess is it has something to do with the poor economy so they have more time to respond. Like any smart consumer, do your homework first then compare product to be used, cost to install, warranty and customer service. McKenna Brothers uses Harvey products for both window and siding. Harvey products are first quality. I will be remodeling my existing finished basement space and will have McKenna Brothers quote it because I am comfortable using them and have a history with them at this time.

Excellent, honest, talented company. Frank is courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Both jobs done in A-plus fashion from start to finish.

They promptly and competently made necessary repairs to VW engine and other parts like faulty tail lights and headlights. They kept are car running well.

A roof nneded to be replaced. The price was excellent the quality of work was top shelf and the job was done as scheduled

W never knew when and if he would show up, as it turns out he did not finish the roof or the siding.

They were referred to me by a friend. There was something about the salesman that was very professional. He was low pressure and he was even willing to drive me around and show me different kinds of windows. They did a great job on all of the work and I was also happy with their clean up.
