The overall customer service is not good; the delivery date was more than two weeks after, the color of the crib was brown and they did not rectify the situation and they did not call me to confirm.

After having a horrible experience trying to buy 3 different models of cribs at the local baby store chain in Natick (and failing to get one because none of them were actually available to be shipped for several months), we googled this place after seeing an ad on TV. We went to the Reading location and found a crib we liked. Told one of the folks at the front which one we wanted, what color, and it was loaded into the trunk of our car in minutes. The place is a warehouse so it is not a fancy shopping experience, but if you want a good crib at a good price with speedy service and you are tired because you are 8 months pregnant and just need a crib, it is perfect.

2 months ago we bought a crib from them and had a great experience--the staff was helpful, the transaction was easy and the crib we wanted was in stock so we were able to bring it home that day. We just tried to assemble it yesterday, however the holes in the front panel were drilled incorrectly so it wasn't going together. We thought for sure we'd have to go through the hassle of contacting the manufacturer to get a replacement. On a lark I called the store to see if there was anything they could do for us--I couldn't find our receipt and the box it came in was long gone. Since it was an in-stock crib they had us come in and were able to replace the defective piece that afternoon, despite our lack of receipt or box. I feel like they went above and beyond what was expected of them and would definitely purchase more products from their store.

Great experience. The prices were very low, and the entire staff was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy (they don't work on commission). We bought the furniture a week before the MA tax holiday, so they let us put down a deposit and ran through the balance on that day saving us about $100 in taxes without our having to go to the store on the hectic day. They delivered the furniture right on time and set it up for us for only $125.

Not only do they have a great selection of affordable furniture, but they are super nice and helpful. They also sell strollers, bedding and some other stuff. The furniture came earlier than expected, and I thought the cost of delivery and installation was well worth the time and frustration it would have caused us to do it ourselves.
