It was a mixed bag. I thought they were knowledgable and fixed the problem. But the price goes. They gave me a qoute between $250 and $350 the problem that I had was when I looked at the bill it was 344 and it was 6 dollars from what they said it was going to be. they were there for two hours and did not have to remove the toilet or put it back. I was told from Dave (not sure if he is the owner) he said it would be be around the amount I was told. So, I called them and I already gave them the check. I asked how did they arrive to that amount and I asked how much are they an hour and he he is $100 an hour. The snaking itself was $300. I told him he owes me $100 because they were only there for 2 hours. He explained to me that the extra $100 is for travel and he is 5 minutes away. Once I got the explanation I was not satisfied. He could not really talk at the time and ask to call back. The check has been cashed it was 3 weeks ago and he never called.

They are very good and I have used them over the years for my plumbing need. They promptly come when I call.

Anderson Plumbing was very responsive, came that morning within an hour of my 7 AM weekday phone call, and fixed the problem within 45 minutes of arrival. The plumber who did the job, Ken, was attentive, professional, did the job in a short amount of time, and above all, had a great sense of humor. The leak was repaired, and I only lost an hour and a half of work that morning. Seamless! I've used this company before, and they've been good each time. I've not yet used them for extensive work (replacing toilet, piping and fixtures) because the pricing on those job were out of my budget. One of the reasons I like Anderson is that they don't try to pitch an expensive job, but give options within budget. Also, when I've spoken with Dave Anderson to coordinate multiple services, he has suggested waiting on different projects to do all at the same time to save me money! I would definitely recommend them.

I always use them. I've used them for 30 years. It is family operated and I have been very happy with them. They are very timely and I'm not waiting 3 or 4 days to get something done. They send somebody out in a very reasonable amount of time. When we redid our downstairs bathroom they had to lift a toilet and take out the old vanity. Then they had to come back and put it in after the floor was installed and they were right on the money and didn't hold anything up. Everything was done. Their price is not cheap but it is average. I would absolutely use them again.

Anderson Plumbing responded quickly for evaluation of the problem. They came within a reasonable time to do the work, did an excellent job. We likely would use them again, even though the job was a bit pricey.
