Everything went great

Very well.  Tim responded to my call to set up an appointment - he always seem to very timely in response.  He sent out a co-worker (forgot his name!) who helped with the job last year.  Very responsive and well-informed and told me not to let the dog out until liquid that was applied outside along the house dried, which would be about an hour. Appreciate that they get back very promptly and are very flexible in scheduling a time to come out and check the property and keep the warranty going.  (Warranty goes back to when we found some nesting termites in the downstairs window frame about 3 months after we moved into the home.  The homes was treated and preventative is applied annually.)

Always efficient, informative, timely. Always willing to stop by & have a look if I have a question. Thought I had termites but they stopped by & very quickly identified that it was simply a flying ant problem. Have always performed once a year ant spraying for us along with recommendations on how to avoid issues in the future. Additionally, are always willing to stop back out at no additional charge if initial spray isn't sufficient. They always err on the side of less chemical to treat the problem. Wonderful service and hope to continue doing business with them for years to come.

I have excellent results with them. I am pleased with them. We used them on yearly basis. If we did skip a year, it was because everything was totally under control. I know I will be definitely calling them this year because I already see a lot of bees. I have a lot of bee problems. My neighbor was a beekeeper and I do not know if it is something to do with it. They are extremely professional, reliable, and dependable. They do good work. If I have any problem, I can just call them. They will come back out, if they have to. They take a lot of pride in their work. They really wanted me to be completely satisfied with their service. If I have any problems, they will tell me to contact them. They are very good at getting right back to me.

Work was done on time, at the price quoted, and we have not seen an ant in the last 10 days. Great work!

Came and sprayed the entire frame near the roof so the bees wouldn't come back. They were very great.

Chad was the gentleman who came to our home. He inspected our garage and entire home for termite damage (we hadn't yet had such an inspection). He advised us that we did not have a termite issue and confirmed that we did, however, have a Carpenter Ant problem. He sprayed the affected area along with other parts of the house he suggested. The ants were gone within hours and we haven't seen any since. He guaranteed through the end of the season and told us that if the initial spray didn't resolve the issues we could call back and have them come out and re-spray at no additional charge.

OUTSTANDING! Bat appeared 11pm Saturday of a holiday weekend. I called Tim the next morning and though he does not typically work on Sunday he came over (called first to let us know he was on his way). Tim checked out the area to which we had isolated the bat (unfortunately, not a small area and had a many hiding places that were bat friendly) and the attic. Neither Tim or my husband found the bat, but found recent "evidence" in the attic. At dinner time, the Monday holiday, we heard and saw "our friend". Called Tim he said he would be over in the hour, we told him no reason to call first. Within the hour he was there. Bat gone!

The bees are gone, so we were pleased with the service. They were quick and didn't charge us a lot either. They were professional when they came out and answered any other questions that we had about any after care.

This company was unbelievable. I made the call around 11:30, they called me back IMMEDIATELY. Tim (I think that was his name) told me someone would be out before 3, but they would call first. Chad called at 1:30 and told me he was in my driveway. He was very polite, quick, efficient, pleasant and neat. He got the job done within a half hour. Fabulous!

Another contractor was in the process of taking out an old, rotted wooden bulkhead and replacing it with steel doors when he found the header infested with ants. I had them take a lunch break and found Acton Pest Control on your list. Tim Murphy was able to diagnose the situation promptly and have the critical part of the pest control work done immediately so that my other crew could go back to work. Although it was not promised, his employee was able to do the rest of the work that day. A mini-crisis was reduced to a modest ($275) annoyance. I was impressed not only by his prompt attention to my problem but the fact that he did not try to inflate the job. The current problem was carpenter ants, but there were signs of termite damage as well. He concluded that the termite damage pre-dated an earlier treatment by the prior owner. I was pleased with the job and the people.

My office is in a home that was built almost 300 years ago; the foundation has many holes between the stones, and in the fall, the field mice look for winter nesting places. Action Pest Control called me back right away and were at the office the same day.

LEFT A MESSAGE FOR TIM, REPLY WAS WITHIN 2 HOURS. THEY WERE OUT PROMPTLY AS SCHEDULED, THOROUGH IN SPRAYING & DUSTING ENTIRE AREAS OF HOME & SHED. HIS CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. RESULTS WERE IMMEDIATE. I WOULD RECOMMEND & USE IN THE FUTURE!

ACTION PEST CONTROL TREATED OUR HOUSE 3 TIMES AND UNFORTUNATELY WERE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE COURTEOUS BUT NOT COMPETENT.

OWNER RETURNED CALL PROMPTLY AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT. WORKER WHO MADE THE SERVICE CALL WAS ON TIME AND VERY FRIENDLY. SET BAIT AND TRAPS FOR RATS, GAVE GOOD ADVICE ON PREVENTING FUTURE PROBLEMS. SEEMED A LITTLE EXPENSIVE FOR 20 MINUTES WORK, BUT IT APPEARS TO HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEM.

RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY, CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND DID THE JOB FOR EVEN LESS THAN QUOTED.

TIM MURPHY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO THE PHONE CALL AND INSPECTED EVERYTHING, WHICH INCLUDED CLIMBING OUT A 4TH STORY WINDOW ONTO A PITCHED ROOF TO CHECK FOR BIRD NESTING. HE TOLD US THAT WE DIDN'T NEED HIM FOR THE BIRDS AS THE CHICKS WERE OLD ENOUGH THAT THEY WERE READY TO LEAVE ON THEIR OWN AND THAT WE'D JUST NEED A SIMPLE ROOFING REPAIR TO KEEP THEM FROM COMING BACK. INSPECTED AND BAITED FOR THE MICE THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING. NO PROBLEMS SINCE. GREAT TO HAVE SOMEONE PROMPT, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WILLING TO TELL US WHAT SERVICES WE DIDN'T NEED TO BUY. VERY HAPPY WITH WORK

FAIR PRICE AND RESPONSIVE EVEN AFTER THE WORK IS DONE. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I EMAILED TIM MURPHY, GOT A PROMPT RESPONSE, CALLED AND SPOKE WITH HIM, AND THE NEXT DAY THEY WERE AT OUR HOUSE. THEY GUARANTEED THEIR WORK FOR 6 MONTHS. IT''S BEEN OVER A MONTH AND WE HAVEN''T SEEN ANY MICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
