Extremely impressed with Rick. He came over at very short notice and did excellent work - all with an extremely friendly manner.

On July 31 at 4:30pm I called Rick to discuss that the 16 year old central AC unit which cooled several rooms in my house in Plymouth MA had stopped working. Rick promptly picked up his phone while on a job site and committed to visit my house at 9:00am the next day and he arrived on time. As I expected, the AC unit had a leak that was not repairable. He quoted a 4-ton replacement unit, picked it up at the distributor and installed it by 12:30pm. Thus, the time from the first call to restoring AC services was less than 24 hrs. I was very impressed with Rick's professionalism, personableness and speed of service.

Rick was very responsive from the first conversation on the phone. Our central a/c had broken down during a hot muggy period. He offered to do the work the very next day and we were happy with his offer. He arrived early and with an assistant. They removed both units and installed two new ones and had the home cool within a few hours.

Rick responded immediately to all my calls and texts and even answered calls during times I would consider after hours. Rick is an honest, hard working, prompt, knowledgable guy. I highly recommend his services. I would definitely call him again in the future.

Rick texted me several times with updates on ETA and was on time for my emergency call as promised. After going through his normal routine of checking the compressor and filling with Freon, which was very low, Rick went down to the basement to check the system inside. He came back to inform me that my system is being run by a high-end computer and he's not familiar with this system. He apologized. I asked him if there was anything he could do or call. Being the professional he is and not wanting to leave me hanging, Rick called tech support for my system and was able to get someone to talk him through the repair. What a pro! That's something you don't see often. My family is indebted to Rick for going the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Rick came out pretty much immediately as our central air conditioning wasn't working. While we feared the worst, it turned out to be a relatively inexpensive capacitor replacement and we were up and running in 15 minutes. Rick also gave us a good overview of our current oil furnace and central air system and what we might expect int he coming years in terms of maintenance and performance. Excellent job and real personable to deal with.

Phenomenal! Rick was not only punctual and professional, but he was far less expensive than what my oil company quoted me. He was in and out of my house before I knew it. Have already given his name to two friends who may be looking for a furnace soon as well. Would definitely recommend using Rick if you are considering any of your heating needs.

He was excellent. He had the part in his truck and fixed it within a half an hour. It was in the Summer, so he was like an angel. The price was reasonable. They are terrific company. The communication was excellent. He called me and said he would be there at 1:00, and he was there at 1:05.
