Rick over charged for the same work that I got done in the past by 40%. He said he would not do additional work as he wanted to get home. This was at 2 pm. So much for customer service and unprofessional.

Called Rick on a Sunday morning due to no heat. He came over within 1.5 hours. He went to Home Depot to see of they had the part. They didn't. Rick returned the next morning with replacement parts after going to Republic Plumbing Supply .
Furnace up and running that morning.
Bill was detailed, broken down to parts and labor and recommendations for boiler system.
Rate per Hour: $125 x 4.5 hours =$562.50
Parts: $216.12
Total: $778.62

I contacted Rick after a referral from my real estate agent. He called back within 2 hours, and came the same day. We had a clogged drain with a broken garbage disposal that he fixed. Afterwards, he discovered that the faucet was badly leaking and needed to be replaced. He picked up two new faucets at a local store (one to replace an old ugly one in a bathroom) and installed them.
Rick was very professional and nice. He and his helper did a perfect job and cleaned up very well. The price was reasonable for the work performed and includes two new faucets and the garbage disposal (about $300 in total). I'd definitely use his service again, and highly recommend him.
