General Remodeling
PLANS WERE NOT CONSISTENTLY FOLLOWED, IN SOME AREAS, CODE WAS NOT MET, DEADLINES WERE NOT MET, WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED, WORK THAT BUILDER CLAIMED WAS COMPLETED, WAS NOT, INCOMPLETE DRAINAGE SYSTEM CAUSED ROT, MOLD, AND CARPENTER ANTS IN NEW ADDITION, ENTRY DECK WAS CONSTRUCTED SO RAIN LEAKED INTO BASEMENT AND ONTO ELECTRICAL PANEL, CHIMNEY DID NOT MEET CODE, AND BUILDER WOULD NOT MEET WITH OWNER TO TRY AND WORK THROUGH PROBLEMS AS THEY AROSE. THERE WERE NO POSITIVES AT ALL.
