I liked TID Trenchless because they gave me the whole pricing story upfront over the phone. No one can ever tell ahead what the problem is, so there’s a fix fee to start and then it’s hourly. They cleaned the last pipe from the septic tank into the house which the another company who pumped the tank told me seemed slow.

They came right away. Once they got started they sent a camera through the pipe When the camera was removed a water jet was sent in. It cut away some roots that had gotten inside and flushed it clean. The sewer line is approximately 120' long I would highly recommend TDI trenchless.

John is a very talented, honest guy whose prices are fair. He puts a great deal of thought into what he is doing and takes pride in his work. I would hire him again and definitely recommend him to anyone.

Had main sewer pipe relined in basement. They sealed the pipe as needed but overshot the opening in pipe they is used to drain sewer water from second bathroom and laundry. It took them 3 days to rectify the problem and work and expense was covered by them. They offered to put us up in hotel till work was completed but we chose to have money off bill which they complied. Would have given an A rating but did have problem. I would recommend and would use them again if need be. Professional and courteous.

Excellent. They were reliable, professional and worked really hard. They went over and above to complete the work that day so we could have our drains working over the weekend. Cost was very reasonable, considering there were 3 men on site much of the afternoon, and the job was a difficult one. I would highly recommend them.

We had a serious problem with blocked septic drainage from the house. Multiple "experts" (plummer/rotorouter/pumper) felt the pipe was collapsed and needed major work to replace. Multiple Plummer's were called and had no interest or could not do it for months. Contacted John and he was there at 8am the next day and spent the entire day thoroughly evaluating and working on the problem and it was entirely fixed by the end of the day. He was incredible prompt, eager, thorough and super-competent. They had tools and equipment that no others used. I would have no reservations using this company for any project or problem. As I text John (my Aunt was with him all day), he is a "rockstar" and saved us a ton of money.
