Great folks!

They are excellent.  Their willingness to do repairs at much better prices than the dealership is outstanding, they have honest pricing.  The mechanics there are great.  They are perfect in everything that they have done.  They don’t do everything there but they do a lot.  They not only replace tires, they do oil changes, a lot of engine repairs and brakes.  We have had them do all those things.  We trust them to tell us if something really needs to be done or not.  They do a great job.

I have everything from small work to big work done on my vans. From tires to complete brake jobs,  heater switches, wipers replaces, front end work, complete tune ups.  Mike and Pat are the most honest mechanics that I have found !!!! They are upfront and will tell you if work needs to be done on your vehicle or  if you have another 6 months to a year before you should look into having work done. VERY HONEST PEOPLE

I called tire Shack after being referred to them by a service provider who did not do the specific type of service I needed (shackle on f150). They gave me a quote ($200) and told me the job would take the better part of the day. I dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready after lunch. They did a great job with it and the quote was spot on. A month or so after that I called them to do some work on my wifes Kia Sedona. they called me before they did any work and gave me an accurate estimate on what needed to be done. While they were doing the job they told me the front brakes had to be replaced in the near future. I knew the brakes were getting tired so I knew I wasn't getting sold something I didn't need and gave them the go ahead to do it while the wheels were already off. Total for the job was about $600. The next day the car wasn't sounding right so I called them and they told me to bring it down. They told me something needed to be readjusted or retightened and they did not charge me anything for this. It was nice that they stood by their work. They even tried to repair my flat tire but unfortunately the repair didn't hold for very long and at that point I figured the tire needed to be replaced so i got a new pair for the front from a merchant a little closer to home. I appreciated that they did not try and sell me a tire and tried the repair first. I was pleased with the service of tire shack and the kia is running great and I will definitely be using them in the future for my more complex auto repair jobs.

We've been doing business with them for years and they are wonderful. They're prompt, straightforward, and reasonable. They call with an estimate before doing work - especially if the part is expensive - and tell you how long it will take to get a part if they don't have in stock. They've always been fair with us.
