Matt is great--very professional, very responsive. He offered to throw in a trim of another tree on the property at no extra charge. I liked that he came when he said he would, called to let me know he was on the way, and did the job within the estimated time frame for the quoted price, and cleaned up all the debris. Plus he's very nice and he works on weekends. My only small disappointment (and it's my own fault) was not finding out in advance that the quoted price did not include the root/stump removal. Still, I would definitely use him again for other tree/shrub issues on the property.
