At the delivery the delivery men could not have been nicer very professional. extremely efficient...they were held up though by Jordan's Customer service. When the men tried to explain the fact that we had only one correct box spring and one"foundation" which was incorrect from my end of listening to the multiple conversations with Customer Service it sounded like Customer Service was having a problem with terminology and didn't understand the difference between a box spring and a foundation. This was very frustrating. They did arrange however a time in one week to have the correct foundation delivered. But after sleeping on this bed and after finding the discrepancy in the length we were underwhelmed with the product and distrustful with the description of the mattress.
I wrote to the Customer Service regarding my concerns and asked for a refund. They were very responsive and arranged for a pickup of the mattress and a refund.
