 + 1 moreThis company is a low bidding, slow to respond, difficult to contact and inefficient outfit. Once they have you under contract they disappear for weeks at a time. They do not pull permits properly, their work is not to code and is dangerous. Go elsewhere!
Description of Work: Created a loft with adjoining storage space. The storage space was poorly built and began collapsing less than 2 years later. Contractor will not take responsibility and denies wrongdoing; after the city inspectors failed his work and ordered it torn down and rebuilt to code. The guy is slow, tries to skate by on charm and does a terrible job. We are lucky the ceiling did not collapse as it was cracking and bowing after he removed all structural supports.
