Fantastic Finishers

Refused to fix the problem and said I would have to pay again to have this corrected. Very rude. Unprofessional.

After a few days there was a spot on the tub that was blistered, I called Mr Fantastic and he came over and repaired the spot. After a few more days another spot appeared. Again Mr Fantastic came and fixed it and was told that if he had to come again he would charge me. He said I must be "abusing" the tub. I hadned even cleaned it yet, so how could I "abuse" it? Needless to say, after many phone calls I never got satisfaction. I was suprisedbecause i had originally contracted to have my other tub refinished. Needless to say Mr Fantastic was not invited back. He was rude and not a nice man. He did not stand behind his work. He is not a man of his word. He should be ashamed of himself. My tub in still peeling, the bottom and most of the sides are now back to to the original yellow. I should have gone to small claims court. Shame on him!

My house was built in 1940 and the tub was a little dingy. I wanted to have it refinished. He cracked the tiles around the tub, but did not replace them. He simply stated he did not mean to do it. He just seemed very arrogant.
