The office was understanding about setting up an appointment to fit into my schedule. The craftsman who arrived and did the work performed skillfully. The pricing was reasonable. The job went perfectly. It was very easy to work with Jon and he did a great job at a reasonable price, on time and on short notice. Having one key fit 4 locks (two dead bolts, two door handle locks) will be so nice!

Amazing responsive service. Family run business with dependable timely and quality work. We purchased A new home. Jon came out to re-key the whole house. We broke a key in a lock at our former home and Jon came on Xmas eve to help us fix it. Additionally, Chester came to rekey a door we had replaced and was again, super personable and timely.

Mr. Fuller was responsive, professional and provided expert service within a short period of time. Unprompted, he gave me a discounted price. I would eagerly have him perform any lock work as he is superb.

We needed locks re-keyed after closing on our house. Chester arrived at scheduled time and did a neat, friendly and professional job. We would definitely use again.

The seller was delayed in getting us the house key so we were unable to have Jon come as scheduled. He was extremely flexible and came within an hour of us finally getting into the house. Once there, we found that the seller had left us with broken and missing locks. Jon was able to replace all of the locks even though this was not what he had been lead to believe would be necessary. He had all of the parts needed and worked efficiently. He was very pleasant and incredibly reasonably priced compared to other locksmiths we've used in the area. I recommend Jon 110% and would not consider using another locksmith!

He was a little too high, But he was good. $120 of the charge was just the charge for the visit.

Son of owner showed up on time. Friendly, helpful, and made good suggestions. Made and tested as many copies of keys as we wanted. Provided labeled rings with original keys. Checked all locks. Price reasonable for work performed. Definitely will use again.

He was prompt, personable, and professional, wasting no time completing the job. He also cleaned up every bit of the dust generated by drilling the hole for the lock.

We called the office around 12:30 and received a call back within an hour, and Chester arrived at 2:30 as scheduled. He was very competent, professional, and friendly and made the repair expeditiously. We would definitely use them again.

We had excellent service (for the second time!) from John Fuller Locksmith. They were very responsive, came out the day after I called to change the locks on three doors and make new keys. Additionally, we had two doors that were not closing/latching tightly - the technician was able to adjust the strike plate on both door so they would close securely. Technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service provided by this company. I bought a new house and had all the locks changed to the same key as well as installing some new deadbolt locks. He also repaired the door jam to our basement that was damaged. Jon showed up in the timeframe given. The price paid was exactly what was quoted. He cleaned up after every installation. Very professional company. Will definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. Chester is knowledgeable and knew just what he was doing. We have used this company before at a rental home we own in South Chatham and we were very pleased with his service there as he installed a new lock and a dead bolt as well. He was very professional and friendly and we will use him again when the need arises.
