The owner promised to come by our house to survey the job & let our siding contractor know how to prepare the overhang. He did not come until I had called and left several messages. He apologized and said he he was busy and just wasn't able to get to us. He then came and viewed the job and we placed the order at that time. After we placed the order with the company for removal of our old column and purchase and installation of a new aluminum column, the owner of the company gave us a one week time frame for delivery and installation. After that time frame passed, I called the owner's office phone and cell phone several times and left messages asking about progress. He never returned my messages. He finally answered his cell phone today. When I asked about a possible delivery date he got upset and said the supplier normally takes a long time to deliver. I said I understood the possibility of slow delivery of the column and made no effort to call until that time frame had passed. I asked that he at least answer my messages to let me know the status of our order. He then got upset and suggested I find someone else to do the job. I agreed.
