Good job cutting floor & placing trim boards. Not so good refinishing floors. Too much in a hurry to finish & on to next job. Found a lot of hair, dust, debris in poly when they were done. Additionally, drips, spots missed. Should have paid more attention to making sure floors were ready. Guys were courteous & professional & cleaned up after themselves. 3 months & finish is pretty much gone. Two coats of I'm assuming cheap polyeurethane.

They were awesome. They did three bedrooms. They sanded them all the way down and then polyurethane. They are quick and efficient in and out of your house. They showed up at 630am in the morning and they were on it. Only took them about three days to complete.

Working with Rick from Hampden Floor Refinishing was a very positive experience. He returned my call promptly, was able to rearrange his schedule to accomodate our time line. He arrived at the work site on time and had the work completed as promised.
The floors are absolutely beautiful, my son and his fiancee are very pleased with them. I plan to have Rick do the floors in my home soon.
