He went above and beyond because most people would have just come, fixed the problem and walked away and never mention the other aspect of it so he made a great recommendation and he's a great guy. He's responsive but he's busy so he's a little hard to get a hold of. I trust him completely, he always cleans everything up and I've never had any issues with him. He is a friendly, personable guy and trustworthy guy.

Dalessio Overhead Doors is unethical, dishonest and unprofessional. Peter Dalessio installed new garage doors but when there was a problem we couldn't get him to fix it. We called a dozen times for service--at first he gave us the runaround "I'll be there tomorrow" and then flat out ignored our calls. We wasted a lot of time and energy trying to get him to fix it, and he just kept blowing us off. Garage doors are not cheap--we invested several thousand dollars with his company and he basically took our money and ran. Lesson learned: If you need garage doors, get it done from a honest, reputable company!
