We had a house full of people for the weekend. Connecticut Valley Artesian Well Co. really stepped up bigtime and saved the day. Tom and Dennis were totally professional, no nonsense bust-a** guys! They had to find our well head and dig it out from under 4 feet of snow. They were a bright spots in what had the potential to be a ruined weekend. Needless to say, they will now be our well contractors of choice. I like to acknowledge excellence whenever I encounter it, and these guys were excellent! I highly recommend them.

As stated in the previous question, we get our water from a well system on our property using a jet pump. Connecticut Valley replaced an old half-horse pump motor seven years ago when we first moved in to the house, and have not had any trouble until last night. Around 8:00 PM last night, we noticed that the well pump had been constantly running, likely for hours. The pump motor was extremely hot. And, we lost all water pressure. My wife placed a call to Connecticut Valley Artesian Well Company and left a message on their answering system.
At a little after and :00 AM this morning, we heard back. After explaining to Tom, the owner, what problems we were experiencing, he stated he would have a serviceman at our home at 10:00 AM. In actuality, the serviceman showed up shortly before 9:00 AM, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. Water pressure was restored by 9:35 AM. The price for the service call was extremely reasonable, less than what we expected for an emergency call.
We received excellent service from Connecticut Valley seven years ago and again, today!!! We have no hesitancy recommending them.

In my experience Connecticut Valley Artesian Well Co. does not service their existing customers. I would advise looking elsewhere for well services.

We have been working with CT Valley since we moved here 20 years ago. Because of the way our house is situated, our well is at the edge of the road so it is a difficult place to do work. They have replaced the valve in the well, our pump, and the water tank. They have come on an emergency basis to get the water going. Fortunately we haven't needed any further repairs recently since all the ancient parts have been replaced. They were terrific and responsive even though there are not many competitors in our area. We would/will use them again.
