It was a total front brake rebuild and rotors. I kinda knew what needed to be done. The caliber froze up and dug into my rotor. I kinda knew what exactly needed to be done before I went in. The repair to about 4-6 hours.

I have been here once before for an oil change and Dan (owner) was nice and never once did I feel taken advantage of. I had a slow gas leak due to a rusted fuel line, so he was the first place I called to take a look at it. I called on Monday afternoon and he scheduled me in for first thing on Wednesday morning. After looking at it, he gave me a quote and did the work. My car was ready in a day. As a female, I hate having to bring my car to a garage, but this is not the case with this particular provider. I would and have recommended this garage for services. I feel they are very honest and not trying to rip you off as some other places tend to do with females.

Beautiful! They are polite, respectful of women and very professional. I drive a 2004 Volvo C70 and Colonial Auto Service keeps it running smoothly! I will be making an appointment shortly for my 80,000 check up and another oil change. It is always a pleasure dealing with them!

Colonial Auto Service charged me $150 more than a competitor, has told me I needed things I didn't need, and not told me when I did need things. He's friendly, nice, I feel like I can talk to him, and he's personable but I don't know if it was because I'm female that he tries to rip me off. When he did work on my car it was excellent.

It was time to either buy a new vehicle or fix the car we had. We decided to bring our car to Dan at Colonial Auto giving him the liberty to go over the car to see what would keep it running for a few more years. Dan gave us an estimate of $1700.00 to do all the work and it took a couple days for the work to be completed. Our experience is that Dan will call to let you know what needs to be done on your car before he does the work. There appears to be no issues with the car at this time. We have used Colonial Auto Service for 5+ years.
