Terrible. A complete disaster. The worst possible experience. If you value your sanity --> DO NOT HIRE !
Quote was reasonable in terms of price and I moved forward. Final proposal was never provided, i.e. I never signed anything re: work to be done -in retrospect a mistake for both of us... The gas line was installed but leaked and getting him back to repair this issue was difficult. Rough in for kitchen sink was never completed - drain was roughed in but PEX supply line were simply run through the floor into the basement and not cut in to any actual water lines.. He made a half hearted attempt (after many delays) to install the kitchen faucet but couldn't muster it. He showed up and tried to install the faucet but all he managed to do was dent the brand new $400 stainless steel undermount sink -- and then he left the job !! The faucet was so loose, I had to unscrew the bracket and take it out... ridiculous! Still no running water, no functioning sink, no dishwasher and no gas range in the brand new kitchen. He was supposed to show up a day after his failed attempt at the faucet install -he even called that morning- but ultimately he just didn't show up!
He was terminated from the job and the permit he got for the gas line had to be canceled. I had to hire a new plumber.

Overall it went excellent. They did the work within 1 week and even had the inspector come out and had it inspected. The only part that took long was waiting on the gas company to come put in the meter after the inspector had inspected everything.
