Had to call another alarm company. They are installing a new system. It's an issue with the main panel of the alarm. Meanwhile for months we have been changing batteries and dealing with the alarm going off any time day or night. If this guy just bothered to come out it would have saved us time and money. But he couldn't be bothered to return a phone call. Woman that answered the calls was not nice or helpful either.
