M Carreiro Painting

The experience was excellent. Manny Carreiro is not only professional, friendly and courteous but very pristine and very meticulous. I come from a family of contractors and know how unreliable it sometimes is to find someone you can not only trust but be trustworthy enough to follow through with what they tell you. Manny exceeded everything. The minute he shows up he starts prepping the area he was working in by covering all our furniture and floors (believe me this is not something most take the time to do in such detail). It took two days to finish two coats of poly on the stairs while one of his employees did our master bath and guest bath. If there is one thing that I would have to say that I was not as pleased about was his employee was not as precise in painting as he was. Nothing drastic but you could tell that the experience wasn't the same (nothing I couldn't touch up myself). Overall an excellent job in exactly the time frame specified. He went as far as even touching up several areas outside of the work scope because he thought if he had the paint out why not. I highly recommend him if you want the job done right for the right price.

He is a wonderful painter. I got him through an interior designer aid. He had a very good crew. He was an excellent carpenter. My husband is a woodworker, and he still can't get over the quality of the job. He was also excellent as a painter. The crew was very nice. I thought his price was extremely fair. He calls us up to communicate if he'll be a little late or if he needs to check something. He was extremely responsive and responsible. We had a problem with the floor, and his guys had put painters tape on the new finish instead of on the paper, he stepped right up and said it was his fault. He got his insurance company to cover having it redone. I would trust him in the house alone with his crew any time.
