Description of Work: Re-shingled parts of the house, fixed gutters and replaced numerous spots on the house where the wood was showing signs of rot. Also did other odd tasks that I collected. It's an old house and I've been using Rob for years to keep it in good shape. He will do anything you need, and do it well. In the past, he reconfigured a third floor space and he has installed bathrooms for friends. I plan to use him in the future to replace some built in pantry shelving with a door to the deck.

 + -1 moreRob does a good job for a fair price. He comes when he says he will and stays until the job is complete. He has long-time repeat customers, so you may have to wait a short while before he can start your job. He's worth the wait. For us, Rob has done a number of carpentry repairs and modifications, as well as attic insulation and ventilation. His specialty is kitchen and bathroom renovations, and we will ask him back to help with those.
Description of Work: Attic ventilation - soffit vents and ridge vent.
