SMK Building & Remodeling is a Falmouth based company specializing in new homes as well as additions and remodeling. The company is owned by Sean M. Keating and has been successfully completing a wide array of projects on Cape Cod for the past fifteen years. We will work with you on your project every step of the way from initial design and plans, to the final inspectiion. We work with local highly skilled and reliable specialists, including architects and local tradsmen. Over the years we have developed a close relationship with our subcontractors. Having the same crews on our projects allows us to minimize delays and avoid confusion. Each of our subcontractors is licensed and insured, and Sean is present at each job to work with crews to ensure that all work is performed in a neat and professional manner. Sean also specializes in finish carpentry as well as supervising all work performed on the site.
