While I was promised that the new storm doors would give me good service for at least 10 years, after around 5 years I find that one of the doors is deteriorating. The metal is cracking and the door no longer closes properly. In spite of numerous attempts to contact Santos Home Improvement for more than a month, my phone calls have not been returned and they do not appear interested in addressing my concern about the faulty door.
