Great - really professional and responsive

Sam is now our "go to" electrician. In July, we were hit by lightning and called him after looking through Angie's list. We left a message. He returned our call promptly. He replaced and improved burned out wiring. He was prompt, professional and personable. When our hot tub stopped running last week, we called Sam again. He was able to diagnose over the phone and sent us to a hot tub company. He spent a good amount of time on the phone, asking questions. He correctly figured it out, saved us the cost of a visit and totally impressed us. Don't hesitate to call Sam. You will be very pleased!

Made the appointment for 9:00 to 9:30. Sam got to my home at about 9:20 in the sudden rain accompanied by Lightening. I was willing to post pone and do the job another day. Sam said it would be no problem and he showed me on his cell phone. He had tuned in to rthe weather channel and said it will pass in aboiu 10 to 15 minutes; in the meantime, he went to the Granite Electric store to purchase a LED light bulb (part of my problem was the light bulb had to be changed about 6 to 7 times a year), and he said that the bulb would last longer - 50,000 hours longer.  I was most happy with Sam's courteous and his professionalism. Okay Falmouth...call Sam and you will as pleased as I was with his promptness.  Thank you, Sam...you're the best.

Sam Pickering was prompt and careful with his work.  He wrote up an estimate and completed the job on time.  He pulled a permit for extensive upgrading for an old house and saw it through the inspections.  We were very satisfied and will certainly use his services again soon.

I have been utilizing their service for about 5 years. He is independent, he comes when you call him and will call back if he can't. His prices are great and he does a wonderful job.
