Carlos Santos was fully professional. He came to us when asked. He did not have a packaged sales pitch, but listened to us describe our needs. He then examined our property and came up with alternatives. He submitted a quote which we believe to be fair, stuck with that quote for the work included in it, showed up on time, and performed the work well. We would  recommend him to others.

Very good, prompt and reliable. Only issue was that he damaged edges of lawn with plow blade.

This contractor did everything he was asked to do, and more. He notice that our roof was unvented at the ridge, which didn't meet code. He abated the issue by putting them in.

C. Santos' roofers were skilled and thorough. They did roofing and some related siding. They stuck to their estimate. Complex estimates should be done with roofer foreman along.

Carlos was always a pleasure to deal with. He was prompt in returning my calls. The house looks wonderful and the quality of the work he did was so outstanding that we are having him perform some additional repairs to a couple of windows that have rotted trim.
