From the begining there were constant delays in acquiring materials and getting them installed. At no time did the provider initiate contact to inform us there would be a delay or why. Oftentimes my calls were not responded to requiring a follow-up call or visit by me. The actual work is substandard and regardless of promises to make it right nothing has yet to be done.
