Cary arrived promptly at the time agreed to and immediately assessed the area. He was quickly able to offer up several ideas to deal with the challenges of a steep hill combined with a drop off in the foundation. I really appreciated his thoughts as I was completely unsure as to the best approach to deal with the area.His estimate arrived within a few days and I was pleasantly surprised. It was much lower than I had expected. I immediately signed and returned the contract. It did take quick some time from signing the contract to completing the job, but my first contact was right at the height of the spring season in May. Once they did arrive they quickly set to work and finished the entire project within four days. They :- Built a small retaining block wall to address the drop of the foundation from the upper floor to the lower. -carved out a planting area along the foundation that joined the front yard to the back- planted a tree and several perennials (more than was actually called for in the contract)- mulched the planting bed- regraded the lawn portion of the hill & and the front lawn leading to it- spread loam- hydroseeded the lawn area The area looked better at the end of each day. Upon completion, they left detailed care directions for the newly seeded area to ensure success of the lawn. I would definitely recommend and hope to use their services again.
