Bill, Phil and Josh have no idea the gift that they gave me! I am in the process of putting my house on the market and really needed to have the pool working. There was no way I could get the earth out of the pool. I had called my usual pool service company but they didn't want to touch it so I saw them working at my neighbor's house. I asked for an estimate and they were very reasonable given the amount of work I knew they would have ahead of them. They started the next day and stayed with it until it was done. The muck that was in the pool amazed me along with 6 patio chairs, a cinder block and about 100 frogs! Not only did they do that, but my pool shed was full of stuff so it had to be emptied out to get to the filter. Because the patio and apron around the pool got a lot of the muck on it....they pressure washed the whole thing down for me! They were so amazing! In spite of being really busy, they took the time to help me out of a real hard situation. They have a new customer for closing and opening from now on. I appreciate all of them more than they know. I highly recommend Pool Pros, the prices are reasonable and they went above and beyond my expectations!

They came right out and were excellent. They tried to find the root of the issue of why we have to replace the liner so often. They try to educate you and clearly have years of experience. They did a great job, best fitting of a liner we have ever had.
